What audio formats are supported?

Is FLAC truly lossless?
Yes. FLAC (Free Lossless Audio Codec) compresses audio without any quality loss. It is typically 40–60% smaller than WAV while preserving the original audio data perfectly.
Will converting to MP3 reduce quality?
MP3 is a lossy format — converting from MP3 to MP3 again will slightly reduce quality. Converting from a lossless source (WAV or FLAC) to MP3 at high quality (q:a 2, ~190 kbps VBR) gives very good results.
Can I convert a video file to audio?
